INQUIRY

This is more often than not the entry way to working with the studio. You will be directed to fill out an intake form or questionnaire so that the studio will learn more about your vision and project scope. The studio will then touch base with you through a 30 minute discovery call where you get down and dirty about your business, current struggles and vision. A chat about how we can step in and translate your vision and ideas to life will take place.

PROPOSAL & PROJECT CONFIRMATION

The studio will prepare a custom proposal based on everything discussed during the call after the discovery call. A contract will be sent over together with your initial invoice. It is expected that the client pays an initial deposit prior to the start of the project.

ONBOARDING

You’ll be onboarded to your client portal to get you ready for the project once all of the housekeeping is sorted out. We will be sending you initial forms and questionnaires to fill out before the creative process begins.

CREATIVE COLLABORATION

The studio will conduct a kickoff call with you to audit and discuss your brand and website. You’ll virtually meet us, your creative bffs to craft your distinct brand and website. You will have a specific number of hours with us where we’ll help you map out everything about your business.

STRATEGY & CONCEPT

The studio will prepare a thorough strategy and concept for you. This will be sent for your approval together with a loom walkthrough of the pitch. During this stage, you’ll gets to review the pitch and work with us in rounds of revision to improve the strategy and concept of your brand and website.

DESIGN

The team will continue with the completion of all creative work once the strategy and concept are approved.

WRAP-UP & MAINTENANCE

The studio will reach out to schedule an wrap-up call with you to discuss all the accomplished creative deliverables once the design work is accomplished. We’ll walk you on the next steps and discuss with you continued work options available for your brand.
